説明

ポリゴンのN番目の内環となるラインストリングを返します。ジオメトリがポリゴンでないかNが範囲外の場合はNULLを返します。1始まりです。

	この関数はマルチポリゴンでは動作しません。マルチポリゴンに対してはST_Dumpを併用して下さい。
